Made of traditional Lebanese thyme from the Jezzine region in Southern Lebanon. Following meticulous production practices with select local producers, we harvest its upper stems and flowers for the highest quality and flavor. We then combine the dried thyme with ground sumac, toasted sesame seeds, and a hint of salt. Suitable for vegans.
The zaatar is dried in an aerated room away from direct sunlight, to preserve its natural green color and nutritional properties.
